These babies are all rescues!! Finn is a true Heine's 57 mutt. His embark packet came back with 17 different breeds with Beagle and Husky being at the top of the list. Finn and Cooper, the Coonhound, were adopted first. Cooper adopted another family member and went to live with her, but still comes back regularly to visit. Finn is usually everyone's favorite, but we have a soft spot for Munch. Munch and Roo are both pedigree American Foxhounds. Munch was brought in to be Finn's buddy but as he got older he started having some behavioral complications and now they have a rocky relationship. We have spent a lot of time working on unwanted behaviors and Munch has come a long way! Roo was adopted from the same shelter as her brother, Munch, but her adopters discovered they didn't have the right space for her to flourish and contacted Munch's adopter to see if she could take her. Then Dalilah came to live with her brother and adopted siblings and was renamed Roo. It is really very fitting. Her whole backend is really a loaded spring, ready to go at anytime.
